Product Description
Enter the dangerous world of international espionage with The Night Manager Season 1-2.
Based on the novel by John le Carré, the series follows Jonathan Pine, a former British soldier who becomes involved in a covert intelligence operation against powerful criminals and arms dealers.
In Season 1, Pine is recruited by intelligence operative Angela Burr to infiltrate the inner circle of Richard Roper, a wealthy and influential arms dealer. Using his skills, intelligence, and carefully constructed identity, Pine attempts to gain Roper’s trust while secretly working to expose his criminal network.
As the story develops, Pine finds himself caught between powerful criminals, intelligence agencies, and dangerous international operations. The mission becomes increasingly complicated as loyalty, deception, and personal relationships begin to collide.
Season 2 continues Pine’s story several years after the events of the first season. Jonathan Pine is now living under a new identity and working as a low-level MI6 intelligence officer. After encountering a former associate of Richard Roper, his carefully controlled life begins to unravel. He is drawn into a new investigation involving Colombia, an international arms dealer, political corruption, and a dangerous conspiracy.
The second season stars Tom Hiddleston as Jonathan Pine, alongside returning cast members including Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman, with new characters played by Diego Calva and Camila Morrone. Season 2 consists of six episodes.
This 2BD Blu-ray collection brings together Seasons 1-2 and is an excellent choice for fans of British espionage dramas, spy thrillers, intelligence operations, political conspiracies, international crime, and suspenseful television.
