Masters of the Air Complete Mini-Series (3-Disc) DVD Box Set
Take to the skies of World War II with Masters of the Air, a dramatic mini-series following the American airmen of the 100th Bomb Group, part of the US Eighth Air Force, during their bombing missions over Europe.
Based on Donald L. Miller’s book Masters of the Air: America’s Bomber Boys Who Fought the Air War Against Nazi Germany, the series portrays the dangerous missions flown by the crews of B-17 Flying Fortress bombers. Facing enemy fighters, anti-aircraft fire, extreme conditions and the constant risk of loss, these airmen must rely on courage, discipline and one another.
The story explores both the intensity of aerial warfare and the personal experiences of the men behind the missions. Through moments of camaraderie, fear, determination and sacrifice, the series examines the physical and emotional toll of combat and the bonds formed among the crews.
Featuring performances from Austin Butler, Callum Turner and Anthony Boyle, Masters of the Air combines large-scale aerial sequences with character-focused storytelling. It is a companion series to Band of Brothers and The Pacific, continuing a broader portrayal of the experiences of Allied servicemen during World War II.
This 3-disc DVD box set is presented as the complete mini-series, offering a convenient way to experience the story from beginning to end. Please check the product packaging and supplier details to confirm the exact edition and included content.
