Product Description
Get ready for the wonderfully unpredictable world of Close Enough with Seasons 1-3, presented in a 3BD Complete Series collection.
Created by J.G. Quintel, the creator of Regular Show, Close Enough is an adult animated comedy following married couple Josh and Emily, their young daughter Candice, and their two divorced best friends and roommates, Alex and Bridgette.
Living together in a Los Angeles apartment, the group tries to balance work, parenting, relationships and the challenges of growing older without giving up the fun of their younger years. However, ordinary adult problems frequently turn into bizarre and surreal adventures involving strange creatures, unexpected situations and completely outrageous events.
Across three seasons, Josh, Emily, Alex, Bridgette and Candice face everything from relationship troubles and parenting challenges to bizarre supernatural encounters and absurd adventures. The series combines everyday family and friendship situations with surreal comedy, fantasy and imaginative animated storytelling.
Season 3 continues the group’s chaotic adventures and features eight episodes. It premiered on HBO Max in April 2022, completing the show’s three-season run.
With its adult humor, surreal situations, colorful animation and relatable take on modern adulthood, Close Enough is an entertaining choice for fans of animated sitcoms, comedy and the work of J.G. Quintel.
