Product Description
Experience three seasons of Apple TV+’s acclaimed comedy series Shrinking in this 4-disc Blu-ray collection.
The series follows Jimmy Laird, a therapist struggling with the death of his wife while trying to remain a father, friend and professional therapist. Frustrated with conventional approaches to therapy, Jimmy begins telling his patients exactly what he thinks, often ignoring professional boundaries and creating unexpected consequences.
Jimmy’s unconventional approach affects not only his patients but also the people closest to him. As he attempts to help others deal with their problems, he is forced to confront his own grief, relationships and personal struggles.
Throughout Seasons 1-3, Jimmy’s life becomes increasingly complicated as his relationships with his daughter Alice, colleagues, friends and patients continue to evolve. Along the way, the series balances emotional storylines with sharp comedy and plenty of awkward and unexpected situations.
Dr. Paul Rhodes, played by Harrison Ford, provides another important perspective on Jimmy’s professional and personal journey. Gaby, Liz, Sean and the other members of Jimmy’s circle also play important roles as the characters navigate grief, friendship, love, family and personal growth.
Apple TV describes Shrinking as a comedy series centered on a grieving therapist who begins breaking the rules and telling his clients exactly what he thinks. The series stars Jason Segel, Harrison Ford and Jessica Williams.
Season 3 premiered on January 28, 2026 and consists of 11 episodes, with the season finale released on April 8, 2026. The series has also been renewed for a fourth season, so this Season 1-3 collection should not be described as a complete series.
This 4-disc collection is an excellent choice for fans of comedy-drama series, character-driven television, workplace stories and heartfelt modern comedy.
