Heartland Season 18 (2-Disc) DVD
Return to the beautiful foothills of Alberta with Heartland Season 18, the continuing family drama centred on the Bartlett-Fleming family and their beloved Heartland Ranch.
Season 18 finds Amy Fleming and her family facing a new series of personal and professional challenges. The future of the ranch becomes increasingly uncertain as competition from a neighbouring ranch and difficult environmental conditions put additional pressure on the family.
Amy continues helping horses and the people who depend on her unique understanding of them, while also navigating changes in her personal life and relationships. Meanwhile, Lou, Jack, Tim and the rest of the Heartland family deal with their own challenges, decisions and changing relationships.
A drought creates additional difficulties for the ranch, forcing the family to adapt and work together. At the same time, tensions develop between Heartland and the neighbouring Pryce Beef operation, creating both professional and personal complications.
Throughout the season, the series continues to explore the themes that have made Heartland a long-running favourite: family, friendship, love, horses, responsibility, personal growth and life on the ranch.
Season 18 consists of 10 episodes, including stories such as “True Grit,” “Bird’s Eye View,” “You Can Lead a Horse to Water,” “Into the Unknown,” “Fork in the Road,” “Sisters,” “World on a String,” “Throwing Your Hat in the Ring,” “Leave No Trace” and “Open House.”
This 2-disc DVD collection brings together the eighteenth season of the popular Canadian family drama and is an ideal addition for longtime Heartland viewers and collectors of family television series.
