Product Description
Experience eight seasons of high-stakes police drama with The Rookie Seasons 1-8 (28-Disc) DVD.
The series follows John Nolan, a small-town man who decides to pursue a new career as a police officer after a life-changing incident. Moving to Los Angeles, he becomes the oldest rookie in the LAPD and must prove himself while working alongside officers much younger than him.
Across Seasons 1-8, Nolan and his fellow officers face a wide range of challenging cases, dangerous criminals and unpredictable situations. The series combines police investigations and action-packed operations with the personal lives, friendships, relationships and professional challenges of the officers of the LAPD.
As Nolan’s experience grows, he takes on greater responsibilities while continuing to deal with the risks and pressures of police work. His colleagues, including Angela Lopez, Nyla Harper, Lucy Chen, Tim Bradford and Wade Grey, each face their own professional and personal challenges.
Season 8 continues the team’s work as the LAPD, FBI and other agencies become involved in increasingly dangerous investigations. The season features high-stakes criminal cases, international operations and difficult personal decisions, continuing the show’s blend of crime, action and character-driven drama. Season 8 contains 18 episodes.
Starring Nathan Fillion as John Nolan, The Rookie combines crime investigations, police action, suspense, humor and emotional storytelling.
This 28-disc DVD collection brings together Seasons 1-8 and is an excellent choice for fans of police procedurals, crime dramas, action series and character-driven television.
